This notice explains how GM Ready, London, United Kingdom uses your personal data. Contact: hello@gmready.com.
What we collect
- Purchase details from our payment provider, Stripe: your name, email, amount and payment reference. We never see or store your card number.
- Account details: email, name for your certificate, and a password (stored encrypted by our login provider).
- Learning data: lessons ticked, quiz answers, tool use, and anything you type into the answer builder or CV tools.
Why, and our lawful basis
To provide the course you bought (contract), to keep records for tax and accounts (legal obligation), and to answer your questions (legitimate interests). We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and database, hosted in London), and Vercel (website hosting). They act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Your account and learning data for as long as you have access to the course. Purchase records for 6 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. We'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your progress. No advertising or tracking cookies.
