These terms apply when you buy the GM Ready online course ("the course") from GM Ready, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact us at hello@gmready.com.
What you buy
A one-off payment of £147 (including any VAT that applies) gives one person lifetime access to the course website, its lessons, interactive tools, templates and certificate, for as long as we run the course. "Lifetime" means the life of the course, not your life. We'll give at least 90 days' notice by email before closing the course, and let you download your templates.
Your account
Your access is personal. Don't share your login or copy the course content for others. If you do, we may close your account without a refund.
Instant access and your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away, and you agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access starts. We still offer our own money-back guarantee (see Refunds).
What the course is, and isn't
The course is general education for restaurant managers in the UK. It is not legal, tax, financial or employment advice. Laws and rates change; the course reflects UK rules as at the date shown in each lesson. For a specific situation, take advice from a qualified professional or your employer's HR team. We can't promise you a job, a promotion or a particular salary.
Updates
We may update, add to or improve the course. We'll keep the core content you paid for available.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use the courts where you live.
